- Public Discord user information: usernames, user IDs, avatars.
- Public server (guild) information: server names, IDs, icons, roles, channels, and member counts.
- Command usage data: commands used, timestamps, user IDs, and server IDs.
- Moderation, ticket, and feedback records: infractions, cases, tickets, and staff feedback data.
- Operational data: suggestions, shift/activity logs, and configuration settings.
- Linked accounts: Roblox verification details when you link accounts.
If you contact us by email, we may collect your email address and any information you include in your message.

We use collected information to:
- Operate and maintain the Service.
- Provide accurate bot functionality and analytics.

Smorii uses trusted third-party providers to host and operate our services.
Our website is hosted through Render. Our Discord bot will be hosted through Amazon AWS or another provider upon release, and data is stored using MongoDB.
We take reasonable measures to protect stored data; however, no system is completely secure.
5. Data Removal Requests
You may request removal of your stored data by opening a ticket in our Support Server.
We will process valid removal requests as soon as reasonably possible. Certain minimal identifiers (such as a user ID) may be retained solely to confirm deletion and prevent future data recreation.
6. Third-Party Services
Smorii may rely on third-party services for hosting, analytics, and infrastructure. These providers operate under their own privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
7. Children's Privacy
Smorii is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
